Another old cosplay I am still really proud of. While the design looks easy, it still held some challenges for me at the time, like the stretchy material for the shirt and the cartoonishly large shorts. Yata is probably also one of the cosplays I have worn the most, for different reasons. He’s one part of a ship that I will go down with, I constantly receive comments on how well the cosplay suits me (tip: if you want a cosplayer to wear a certain costume again, give them lots of compliments about it ;p ), and he’s incredibly comfortable. At Atsusacon 2017, I was finally able to do the skit I had been thinking about for years together with Amber as my Fushimi (whose contributions to the script just made it go from cool to awesome). The audience really loved it, and there’s no feeling like hearing the judges laughing at your jokes while you are performing (and trying very much to keep a straight face yourself).
