It took me about four days to watch the two seasons of Owari no Seraph, and halfway through, I knew that I had to cosplay Mika. Something about cute blonds and sad stories. Oh and uhm *cough* gay undertones.
Contrary to how I usually did things, I set aside the project I was working on, and started on Mikaela. I found the perfect fabrics for the cape, and just looking at it made me smile. Making this cosplay was a delight. It was the first cosplay where I didn’t have to ask my grandmother for any advice about the pattern or certain techniques – a true compilation of all I had learned up until then. Needless to say, I am incredibly proud of this cosplay and what I have accomplished with it.
